Welcome to the CapuWare Tech Support Site

This site is the exclusive location for existing CapuTech clients with current Software Maintenance and Support (SMS) agreements to receive product and technical support.

To gain access, you must first register and login using the links to the right.  During the registration process, you will first receive an email asking to verify your email address.  Once you have completed that, your registration information will be sent to a CapuTech support engineer to validate and activate your account.  This activation step normally will be completed within minutes, unless you register outside of normal business hours (8am - 5pm CST).  Please note that you must register with a company-supplied email.  Any registrations submitted with personal email accounts will be rejected.  Also, your company must have a current SMS agreement in place with CapuTech.

Once you have logged into the site, several menus will appear for:

  • Documentation - This section provides detailed software documentation, both in written and video form.  The videos are recorded at a resolution of 1280x960 for high quality viewing.  The Videos will in some cases also have direct links to the relevant written documentation and associated downloads where applicable.
  • Tickets - This section is provided to enter a request for technical support from a CapuTech engineer.  CapuTech does not employ any "Level 1" support personnel.  You can rest assured that your issue will be sent directly to a member of the development team.  
  • Downloads - This section provides direct downloads of the latest version of CapuWare software and relevant Microsoft software.  It will always reflect the latest version of CapuWare solutions with the version clearly displayed.
  • Tutorials - This section consists primarily of video tutorials for completing unique or seldom used tasks.  It is a good place to check for tips.  Clients may request video tutorials by entering a support ticket.
